We believe that competitive football and profound respect for all individuals must go hand-in-hand to create a truly inclusive sporting community. Our official Code of Conduct sets out the absolute standards of behaviour we expect from every player, manager, official, and supporter who participates within our network, ensuring the beautiful game remains beautiful for everyone.

This document enshrines our core principles of mutual respect and fair play. It outlines specific expectations regarding conduct towards opponents, teammates, and match officials, demanding dignity regardless of circumstances. Crucially, it re-emphasises our strict, uncompromising zero-tolerance stance against homophobia, biphobia, transphobia, racism, sexism, and all forms of discrimination. By upholding these standards, we empower every member of our network to be their authentic selves on and off the pitch.

By participating in any GFSN competition, event, or social activity, you are agreeing to champion these values and abide by this Code. It is a shared responsibility to maintain the welcoming and safe environment that defines our unique football family. We urge all club committees to distribute this document widely and ensure that every member of their squad, management team, and supporter base is fully acquainted with and committed to upholding the GFSN Spirit.
